Lizvette De La Cruz has over 20 years paralegal experience and works directly with Attorney Jason Platt in the downstate office. She strives to provide exceptional service to our clients from the commencement of the lawsuit through trial and/or settlement.
She has worked extensively with investigation, discovery and complex litigation on thousands of cases. Lizvette has worked primarily in nursing home neglect, personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Besides heavy litigation experience, she also has considerable experience in Estate work. Her knowledge of our computer case management database software has been utilized within the firm to maintain an efficient work place.
Lizvette is fluent in Spanish and attended Loyola College in Maryland. She has lived in New York City since 1993 and is a member of the New York City Paralegal Association, Inc.
